A mountain bike's frame is the core component of the mountain bicycle. It is is attached to all the bike‘s parts, such as the seating, suspension system, forks, handlebars, brakes, and tires. The frame comes in various sizes and types, which usually influence its complete performance, as well as the type of riding it best supports.
The more you train the better your pace and your stamina will improve. Once these two have improved you will be able to go on longer and better rides than will enhance your fitness.
Once you decided your riding style (cross-country, trail, all-mountain or downhill), suspension travel, frame geometry and selected the appropriate bike, it’s time to move on several other parameters that must be taken into consideration before the final decision.
